Drużyna koszykarska USA „UNC Wilmington - Kobiety” to amerykańska uniwersytecka drużyna koszykówki kobiet, która reprezentuje Uniwersytet Karoliny Północnej w Wilmington (UNCW) w Mistrzostwach Krajowego Stowarzyszenia Lekkiej Atletyki Uniwersyteckiej (NCAA) na poziomie Division I.
