Petron-Letran to filipiński klub koszykarski, którego siedzibą jest Manila. Jest własnością Petron Corporation i gra w Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Klub został założony w 1998 roku i przyjął nazwę Letran Knights, nazwę uczelni, którą reprezentuje. W 2000 roku klub zmienił nazwę na Petron-Letran.

Petron-Letran zdobył siedem mistrzostw PBA, w tym trzy kolejne mistrzostwa w latach 2003-2005. Klub znany jest ze swojego szybkiego tempa gry i skutecznego ataku. Do najbardziej znanych graczy klubu należą Danny Ildefonso, Jun Mar Fajardo i Calvin Abueva.

W ostatnich latach Petron-Letran mierzy się z problemami finansowymi. W 2018 roku klub zrezygnował z udziału w rozgrywkach PBA Governors' Cup z powodu braku funduszy. Klub powrócił do rozgrywek w sezonie 2019, ale nadal zmaga się z problemami finansowymi.
