San Salvatore Selargius - Kobiety to włoski klub koszykarski z siedzibą w Selargius na Sardynii. Klub został założony w 1979 roku i obecnie występuje w Serie A1, najwyższej klasie rozgrywek koszykówki kobiet we Włoszech.
San Salvatore Selargius jest jednym z najbardziej utytułowanych klubów w historii włoskiej koszykówki kobiet. Zdobył 10 mistrzostw Włoch (1980, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990), 8 Pucharów Włoch (1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1989) i 4 Superpuchary Włoch (1986, 1988, 1989, 1990).
Klub reprezentował Włochy w europejskich rozgrywkach, m.in. w Pucharze Europy Mistrzyń Krajowych i Pucharze Ronchetti. Największym sukcesem San Salvatore Selargius w europejskich rozgrywkach było dotarcie do finału Pucharu Ronchetti w 1991 roku.
W składzie San Salvatore Selargius występowały znane koszykarki, m.in. Catarina Pollini, Stefania Passaro i Silvia Gottardi. Klub jest znany z dobrego szkolenia młodzieży i wychowania wielu reprezentantek Włoch.
