Półwysep Południowy Kobiety stał się stałym elementem Lig Koszykówki Victorianskie Kobiety (VKWL) od czasu jego powstania w 2000 roku, wygrywając ligi Skarbowej w 2003 i 2004. Południe Shores wygrał też 2004 Mistrzostwa Australii Klub pokonując Adelaide Lightning w wielkim finale. Od 2013 roku drużyna juega w Narodowej BasketLidze kobiet (WNBL).
