Elite Two (or Cameroon Deuxième Division) called MTN Elite Two for Sponsorship reasons, is the second division of the Cameroon association football league system. It is organised by the Cameroonian Football Federation. Teams get promoted to the Elite One and get relegated to the Regional Leagues
Kamerun - Elite Two to druga klasa rozgrywek w kameruńskim futbolu, po Elite One. Powstała w 1979 roku i jest zarządzana przez Fédération Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT). W rozgrywkach uczestniczy 18 drużyn, które grają ze sobą systemem kołowym w dwóch rundach. Mistrz i wicemistrz awansuje do Elite One, a ostatnie trzy drużyny spadają do trzeciej ligi. Najbardziej utytułowaną drużyną w historii rozgrywek jest Coton Sport FC de Garoua, który zdobył 10 tytułów mistrzowskich.
