Sezon trwa od września do kwietnia, a mistrzem zostaje drużyna, która zdobędzie najwięcej punktów w rundzie zasadniczej i play-offach. Najbardziej utytułowaną drużyną w historii ligi jest Norrköping Dolphins, który zdobył 10 tytułów mistrzowskich.
